  Transforming our bedroom to help aid Shane. As many of you know, I am a chromotherapist with a passion for food, interior decor, and promoting overall well-being through the use of color. Today, I want to share a personal idea with you. My husband, Shane, was recently diagnosed with diabetes. This life-changing news has prompted us to reevaluate our lifestyle and make necessary changes to support his health. One of the significant changes we’ve decided to make is a complete overhaul of our home, starting with the bedroom. Who knows, just maybe you can pick up on an idea or two that you can use yourself. I have kept in mind that most of you are not permitted to paint the walls, so, I believe that we can still create a healing environment through the careful selection of lighting and accessories.
